Go on a Mini Beast Mission!
Are you teaching children about plants, animals and the environment?
Our new game, Mini Beast Mission, is a fun way to introduce key science curriculum topics in lessons or to support your outdoor learning projects. It’s also a great educational activity to play on a wet lunch break!
Children race against the clock to collect and sort lots of realistic-looking creepy crawlies. To get extra points or time on the clock, they answer curriculum-linked questions related to key science and maths topics. Players have to think carefully about collecting and sorting bugs – with points awarded for identifying and sorting them correctly.
The game is suitable for all children at primary school – from 4 to 11 years old – and has 20 levels they can unlock, to keep even the most seasoned players occupied!

Mini Beast Mission gives players a great introduction to what they need to do in our What’s Under Your Feet? campaign, run by the Pod in collaboration with the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO).
