What I / we did:
The ECO team asked for donations of tins of food to enter a 'Tin Sculpture' competition with a local charity. The caharity has since collected these tins from us and donated them to a local food bank to help fight against 'Holiday Hunger'.

We have enjoyed planning our entry into the 'Tin Sculpture' competition and then building the sculpture.
How has it helped you?
This will help local families who are able to get food from a food bank to help them during the school holidays when their children will not have access to free school meals. One tin is not a lot to us but to these families, one tin means a lot. They are able to feed their children.
